Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Trensique website and your purchase of products from Trensique. By browsing this website, contacting us through it, or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. About Trensique
Trensique is a retail business that sells general consumer merchandise, including home organization products, office and desk accessories, gift and lifestyle items, kitchen organizers, and everyday household goods. Our business address is 6900 Layton Ave, Denver, CO 80237. We sell finished consumer goods only. We do not sell regulated products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, firearms, age-restricted goods, or financial services, and we do not offer professional advice of any kind.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to every visitor to the website and to every customer who places an order with us, whether that order is placed online or arranged through correspondence with our team. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Returns and Refund Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between us.
Where a specific policy addresses a subject in more detail than these Terms, the more specific policy applies to that subject.
3. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, and be able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
4. Products and descriptions
We describe every product line as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, capacity, and intended use. Product photography and illustrations are provided to help you understand the shape and purpose of an item. Minor variation in colour, grain, finish, and dimension is normal in manufactured household goods and is not a defect.
Where an item is sold as part of a set, the description states what is included. Accessories shown alongside a product for context are not included unless the description says so.
5. Prices and price ranges
Our catalog publishes a retail price range for each product line. A range reflects the difference in size, capacity, or finish between the variants within that line, and the exact price of a specific item is shown before you complete your purchase. All prices are stated in United States dollars.
Prices exclude shipping charges and any applicable sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping and tax are calculated and displayed before you confirm an order.
We may change prices at any time. A change in price does not affect an order we have already accepted.
6. Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. We keep a deliberately short range and do not always hold deep stock of every line. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you, offer an alternative where one exists, and refund you in full if you do not want a substitute.
7. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledging receipt of your order does not by itself mean we have accepted it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods or, if earlier, when we send you a message confirming that the order has been accepted.
We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where a price or description has been published in error, where we cannot authorise your payment, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot deliver to your address.
8. Pricing errors
We take care with our catalog, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will tell you as soon as we can and give you the choice of confirming the order at the corrected price or cancelling it. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.
9. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your payment provider may apply its own terms, and we are not responsible for those terms.
If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after dispatch, we may suspend further orders and take reasonable steps to recover amounts owed to us.
10. Changes and cancellation before dispatch
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to act on your request, but once an order has been packed and handed to a carrier we cannot recall it. In that case the Returns and Refund Policy applies.
11. Shipping and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Denver location. Delivery estimates, carriers, costs, and what happens in the event of a delay or a lost parcel are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full.
13. Returns and refunds
You may return most items within thirty days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refund Policy. That policy explains which items cannot be returned, the condition items must be in, who pays return shipping, and how long a refund takes.
14. Using the products safely
Our products are household goods for ordinary domestic and office use. Use each item for its intended purpose and follow any instructions or care information supplied with it.
Some products, such as decorative household candles, involve an open flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, animals, and anything that can catch fire, place it on a stable heat-resistant surface, and extinguish it before leaving a room. Storage containers should be loaded within their stated capacity. Shelving and stands should be placed on a level surface.
We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, from use outside the intended purpose of an item, or from a failure to follow supplied instructions.
15. Bulk and wholesale orders
We accept larger orders for offices, rental properties, and corporate gifting. Bulk orders may be subject to separate lead times, minimum quantities, and payment arrangements, which we will confirm in writing before the order is accepted. Where the written confirmation differs from these Terms, the written confirmation applies to that order.
16. Intellectual property
The Trensique name, logo, website design, illustrations, product photography, and written content are owned by Trensique or used with permission. You may view and print pages of this website for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any part of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
17. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use the website in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or harms other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content in bulk, or use automated systems to place orders.
18. Reviews and customer submissions
Where the website invites reviews or other submissions, you are responsible for what you submit. It must be your own honest opinion, must relate to a product you actually purchased, and must not be unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringe anyone else rights.
By submitting content, you give us permission to publish, edit for length, and display it in connection with the product it relates to. We may decline to publish or may remove any submission.
19. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, and analytics providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following a link away from our website is at your own risk.
20. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the website for business or operational reasons, including maintenance, and we will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
21. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
22. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from a failure to follow instructions or from misuse of a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.
24. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where the cause is outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, utility failure, or supplier failure. Where such an event occurs we will contact you, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel the affected order and receive a full refund.
25. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in the State of Colorado have jurisdiction, and nothing in this section removes a right you may have to bring a claim in your local court where the law gives you that right.
26. Resolving a problem
If something has gone wrong, contact us first. Most problems are resolved quickly once we know about them, and we would rather fix an order than argue about it. Use the contact details at the end of this page and include your order reference.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, our operations, or the law. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated.
28. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the website and your purchase of our products.
